FDVS is not a licensed betting advisor, financial advisor, or gambling operator, and nothing on this platform should be construed as such. 3. Probabilities are not guarantees

Every consensus percentage, rating, and Prime Pick published on FDVS is a probability, not a certainty. A well-calibrated 90%+ consensus is still expected to be wrong roughly one time in ten; a 60% consensus is close to a genuine toss-up. See Methodology and AI Research for how these numbers are built and calibrated.

4. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes

Historical accuracy, published on our Results and AI Reports pages, describes what has already happened. It is not a promise of how future fixtures will resolve. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain, and no rating system — ours included — can eliminate that uncertainty.

5. AI-assisted content

Some content on FDVS, including Prime Pick write-ups and AI Match Insights, is generated with AI assistance and reviewed by a human analyst before publishing. While every effort is made to check accuracy before content goes live, AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors that human review did not catch.

6. Third-party sources & links

FDVS's consensus figures draw on third-party sources, including tracked prediction sites and betting markets, which we do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy of. Links to external websites, including payment processors and support organizations referenced on Responsible Betting, are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

7. No guarantee of platform accuracy or availability

FDVS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any rating, consensus figure, or analysis will be accurate, complete, or free of error, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. This mirrors the disclaimer in our Terms of Service, Section 12.

8. No liability for decisions made using FDVS content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beta Web Analysis Limited is not liable for any financial or other losses arising from decisions made using information published on FDVS. See Terms of Service, Section 13, for the full limitation of liability.
