Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026. These terms govern your use of FDVS (fdvs.org), operated by Beta Web Analysis Limited ("FDVS", "we", "us").

This document is a working draft covering standard terms for a subscription analytics platform. It has not been reviewed by a licensed attorney and should not be treated as final or legally binding until it has been — particularly given billing across multiple countries and currencies.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using FDVS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

FDVS is a football analytics platform. We publish six-axis club ratings, consensus reads blended from tracked sources, match analysis, statistics, and related content. FDVS does not accept bets, process wagers, or act as a bookmaker. Any betting activity a user chooses to undertake happens entirely outside FDVS, through separate third-party operators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or use any paid feature of FDVS. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account registration

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Plus and Pro are subscription plans billed at the interval you select (1 Week, 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year). Prices are shown per currency at checkout; USD is the currency we currently bill in, and pricing shown in other currencies is for reference until localized billing is fully live. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prime Pick purchases

Prime Pick is priced and sold per fixture, separately from subscription plans. Once a Prime Pick's written analysis has been unlocked and delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll review the situation in good faith.

8. Free content & accuracy

FDVS publishes ratings, consensus percentages, and analysis for informational purposes. Nothing on FDVS is a guarantee of any outcome. See our Responsible Betting and Methodology pages for further detail on how our numbers are built and what they do and don't represent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or systematically extract data from FDVS outside of the documented API; attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; or misrepresent your identity or age.

10. Intellectual property

All ratings, analysis, design, and content on FDVS are the property of Beta Web Analysis Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit FDVS content without our prior written consent, except as permitted through the API under its own terms.

11. No financial or betting advice

FDVS is not a licensed betting advisor, financial advisor, or gambling operator. Content on this platform should not be construed as a recommendation to place any specific bet or wager. See Responsible Betting for further guidance.

12. Disclaimers

FDVS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any rating, consensus figure, or piece of analysis will be accurate, complete, or free of error, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beta Web Analysis Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FDVS, including any financial losses connected to betting decisions made using information from this platform.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, including fraudulent payment activity, abuse of the platform, or providing false age or identity information. You may terminate your account at any time.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FDVS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
