1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, and password (stored encrypted) when you register.

Payment information: when you subscribe or purchase a Prime Pick, payment is processed by a third-party provider — Flutterwave, PayPal, or a crypto/bank transfer confirmation flow. FDVS does not store full card numbers, and does not have access to your card's CVV.

Usage data: which fixtures, teams, and pages you view, watchlist entries, and general interaction with the platform, used to operate features like Advanced Dashboards.

Device & browser data: browser type, approximate location (for currency and time zone display), and similar technical data collected automatically.

Local storage: your theme preference (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How we use your information

We use collected information to operate and improve FDVS, process payments, provide customer support, personalize features like watchlists and dashboards, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment processors

Payment processing is handled by Flutterwave, PayPal, and the providers involved in our crypto, bank transfer, and mobile money flows. Each processor has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment details — we encourage you to review theirs alongside ours.

4. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember preferences like your selected theme. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Sharing your information

We share information with payment processors as needed to complete a transaction, with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting), and where required by law. We do not share your information with advertisers.

6. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time, as described below.

FDVS operates from Nigeria and serves users across several countries. Your information may be processed in a country other than the one you're in. We take reasonable steps to protect your information regardless of where it's processed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from FDVS.

11. Nigeria Data Protection Act

As a company operating in Nigeria, we aim to handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and applicable regulations from the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
